10-Day Detox & Stabilisation Programme

For many individuals and families, the first call comes after months—or years—of struggle. The drinking has escalated. The medication use is no longer under control. Sleep has disappeared. Emotions are running high, and everyone is exhausted.

At this stage, recovery does not begin with therapy.

It begins with safety.

Our 10-Day Detox & Stabilisation Programme provides a calm, medically supervised environment where individuals can safely withdraw from substances, regain physical and emotional stability, and begin the process of healing under the guidance of our psychiatric team.

For some, it is the first good night’s sleep in years. For families, it is often the first sign of hope.

Recovery begins with restoring balance—not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. During this initial phase, clients are introduced to the broader Pathways approach, including nutritional support, restorative wellness practices, and individualized daily routines designed to support the body’s natural healing process.
