Comprehensive residential treatment for addiction, mental health, and dual diagnosis conditions in a private, psychiatrist-led environment

No two people arrive at treatment with the same story.
Some have spent years struggling with addiction. Others are living with depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, or repeated relapse. Some arrive voluntarily. Others are encouraged by family members who simply want their loved one back.
At Pathways – Healing & Recovery, we do not believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Every individual receives a personalised treatment plan built around their unique circumstances, strengths, challenges, and recovery goals.
What makes Pathways different is our commitment to treating the whole person. Recovery is not only psychological. It is biological, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual. For this reason, every programme integrates psychiatric care, psychotherapy, nutrition, wellness, physical health, and meaningful lifestyle interventions designed to support lasting wellbeing.
For many individuals and families, the first call comes after months—or years—of struggle. The drinking has escalated. The medication use is no longer under control. Sleep has disappeared. Emotions are running high, and everyone is exhausted.
At this stage, recovery does not begin with therapy.
It begins with safety.
Our 10-Day Detox & Stabilisation Programme provides a calm, medically supervised environment where individuals can safely withdraw from substances, regain physical and emotional stability, and begin the process of healing under the guidance of our psychiatric team.
For some, it is the first good night’s sleep in years. For families, it is often the first sign of hope.
Recovery begins with restoring balance—not only physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. During this initial phase, clients are introduced to the broader Pathways approach, including nutritional support, restorative wellness practices, and individualized daily routines designed to support the body’s natural healing process.

They may still be functioning professionally. They may have attempted recovery before. From the outside, life appears manageable. Yet internally they know something needs to change.
Our 30-Day Residential Recovery Programme creates the space to pause, reflect, and rebuild.
Through psychiatrist-led care, individual therapy, family involvement, and a structured therapeutic environment, clients begin addressing not only their substance use, but the emotional and psychological challenges that have been driving it.
Because lasting recovery requires more than simply stopping a behaviour—it requires understanding why it began.
Healing requires more than insight alone. Many individuals entering treatment have spent years neglecting their physical health, sleep, nutrition, and overall wellbeing while struggling with addiction or emotional distress.
As part of the recovery process, clients work with our multidisciplinary team to rebuild healthy routines, improve physical vitality, and establish sustainable habits that support long-term wellbeing.
I teach people how to develop a regular mindfulness practice and integrate it into their everyday lives. Mindfulness practice allows us to fully embrace life’s joys and meet the difficult moments more skillfully, and the result of that is often an increased sense of ease, peace, happiness and fulfillment.

Don’t approach it with a perfectionist mentality; accept the good enough. Expectations make us lose balance. High-wire artists make progress one step at a time. That’s why they don’t fall — they don’t worry about perfect; they only focus on moving forward lorem ispum destination.
